Euphoria Aesthetics & Laser, LLC is a licensed medical spa located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. All clinical services are provided in accordance with Florida law and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon. Individual results vary based on each patient’s skin type, health history, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment care.

These policies are intended to communicate our standards for fairness, privacy, and professionalism. They do not constitute medical advice and are subject to change without notice to remain compliant with state and federal regulations, including Florida Board of Medicine and Board of Cosmetology guidance.

At Euphoria Aesthetics & Laser, our goal is to provide each client with exceptional results and a seamless experience. Because our appointments reserve dedicated provider time and products are often prepared in advance, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines.

1. Service Refunds

All service sales are final. Once a treatment or package has been rendered or initiated, no refunds can be issued.
Our providers take great care to ensure safe, appropriate, and customized treatment plans. However, results can vary by individual skin type, body response, and adherence to aftercare protocols—therefore, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

If you experience an unexpected reaction or concern following a treatment, please contact us promptly so we can assess and provide appropriate care or adjustments.

2. Prepaid Packages & Series

Prepaid packages (for example: laser hair removal or body contouring sessions) are non-refundable once purchased.

Packages may be transferred to another eligible service or client only at management discretion and within 6 months of the original purchase.

Any remaining sessions in a prepaid package will expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

Gift cards, e-gift cards, and promotional certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable. They may not be redeemed for cash, used to purchase additional gift cards, or replaced if lost or stolen.

Gift cards, e-gift cards, and promotional certificates purchased during a promotion may not be used to pay for other promotional or discounted services. They are valid only toward regularly priced services unless otherwise stated in writing.

Expiration dates and any usage restrictions will be clearly noted on all promotional materials.

4. Product Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unopened retail products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $30 late cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit applies.

No-shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a forfeiture of deposit.

Deposits and prepayments help us honor our providers’ time and maintain efficient scheduling for all clients.

6. Refund Processing (if applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., duplicate charge or billing error):

Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
