At Euphoria Aesthetics & Laser, we value your time and ours. Every appointment is carefully scheduled to provide each client the highest level of attention and service. To ensure a seamless experience for all, please review our appointment, deposit, and cancellation policies below.

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online through our Book Now
portal or by phone. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Certain services may also require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment, which will be applied toward your total balance at checkout.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and provider.

2. Deposits & Payment

Some services require a deposit at the time of booking to hold your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your service total when you check out.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you provide adequate notice (see below).

Missed or late-cancelled appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We accept all major credit cards and offer contactless payment options for your convenience.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens — but to maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients and providers, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows: A $30 fee or forfeiture of the deposit will apply.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and prepare for your service.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next guest.

Full service fees still apply to shortened sessions.

5. Children & Minors

For safety and relaxation, we kindly ask that children under 18 not accompany you unless they are scheduled for a service.

Clients under 18 must have written parental consent and may be required to have a parent or guardian present during treatment, depending on the service.

Unsupervised minors are not permitted in treatment areas.

6. Pets

We love animals, but for the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of all guests — and due to the use of lasers and medical devices — pets are not permitted within treatment rooms.

Service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome.

7. Courtesy & Preparedness

Please arrive with clean skin (free of makeup or lotion) for facial and laser treatments unless otherwise instructed.

If you are experiencing premenstrual/menstrual, illness, open wounds, or active skin conditions in the treatment area, please contact us prior to your appointment to determine if rescheduling is necessary.

8. Communication & Updates

Confirmation and reminder messages are sent via text and/or email. Please ensure your contact information remains current to avoid missed notifications.

9. Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment with Euphoria Aesthetics & Laser, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies. These guidelines help us maintain an organized, respectful, and relaxing experience for all clients.
